These chips would be prepped using the same in-house grilling method as our bacon, ensuring a consistent, flavorful texture while maintaining operational efficiency. Additionally, pepperoni chips serve as an ideal sampling vehicle for new sauces, providing a snackable, high-flavor base that allows customers to taste test dips, spreads, and condiments in a way that aligns with the Jersey Mike’s brand experience.
