Franchisee Feedback

Very thankful the operations were kept as simple as possible. I think this is a strategy for success. I think that step by step videos are always a great idea with LTOs or menu/operational changes.

I liked the ease of incorporating it into our daily operations, I think all LTO's should be this easy, relatively.

Customers loved it. many were hesitant to change from routine, but when the limited time status was mentioned they usually ordered it. Some customers added the salsa to the smoky and vice versa. We received no negative comments from customers or team

I thought the LTO was a good idea for trying new things. It is nice to shake things up a bit and get some new subs!

Overall I think that both of the LTO subs was a nice little change up to our normal menu, I had a good amount of customers try it as soon as it came out because it was new and now its their new regular order.

Communication could have been a little stronger around the rollout and the rollout end. It was like keep going, keep going, keep going. Stop!

Simplicity was good and liked the flavor profile but perhaps not enough to drive people to more frequency.

Purely from a local perspective, it would be nice to have more offerings for the hispanic community, which is growing and important.

They are both good subs, feel like with a bit more marketing of the product we would've sold more.

I think the idea of an LTO sub was a good idea but overall the flavor of the sauces was a miss and wasn’t the best choice.

These were not big sellers in our area. Salsa anything should not be in our stores. Never sells. The smoky was received well but not enough of a difference from the chipotle to make a big difference.
