This protein-packed limited edition treat is made with just four ingredients: Slow roasted chicken breast, diced celery, black pepper, and mayonnaise. Guests can enjoy the new sub either on freshly baked bread or for a lighter option, in a sub bowl.

Jersey Mike’s Subs, known for its fresh sliced/fresh grilled subs, is updating its chicken salad recipe, introducing a new protein-packed Signature Chicken Salad Sub, made with slow roasted chicken breast. Available nationwide, and for a limited time, Jersey Mike’s Chicken Salad Sub is the perfect mixture of four simple ingredients: slow roasted, all-white meat chicken, diced celery, black pepper, and mayonnaise. The sub can be enjoyed on Jersey Mike’s freshly baked bread or as a sub bowl.

We aren’t sure what’s gotten into Jersey Mike’s with its new menu advancements this year, but we are certainly not complaining. Since the beginning of 2025, it seems like every month the sub chain graces fans with yet another new sandwich to try. 

Jersey Mike’s fans can find a new offering on their next sub run. The signature chicken salad sub hit menus in early April, offering customers a taste of Jersey Mike’s revamped chicken salad recipe, the New Jersey-based sandwich chain said in a news release.
