This protein-packed limited edition treat is made with just four ingredients: Slow roasted chicken breast, diced celery, black pepper, and mayonnaise. Chicken sandwiches are nothing new to the New Jersey-founded eatery. It has delighted hungry patrons already with a line of six chicken cheese steak sandwich options. Those flavors include Hot Buffalo, Bacon Ranch, and Chipotle. But while these latter sandwiches are made with shredded chicken, the newest two contain meaty slices of slow-roasted chicken breast.

The popular sandwich shop recently debuted an all-new Chicken Salad Sub as a limited time offer this April. Now that fans of the chain have had a few weeks to try it, the reviews have begun rolling in and we wouldn't be surprised if there are future demands to make it a permanent menu item.

We aren’t sure what’s gotten into Jersey Mike’s with its new menu advancements this year, but we are certainly not complaining. Since the beginning of 2025, it seems like every month the sub chain graces fans with yet another new sandwich to try. 

Jersey Mike’s fans can find a new offering on their next sub run. The signature chicken salad sub hit menus in early April, offering customers a taste of Jersey Mike’s revamped chicken salad recipe, the New Jersey-based sandwich chain said in a news release.
