Now, you can bring that iconic sweet heat to your favorite sub, or experience it on one of our all-new signature builds for an unforgettable taste sensation. Jersey Mike’s and Mike’s Hot Honey are set to launch their collaboration by Q1 2025.

The product will be featured on the Jersey Mike’s menu for a minimum of 180 days. As part of the agreement, Jersey Mike’s will purchase at least 12,000 cases of Mike’s Hot Honey at a delivered price of $59.75 per case, with distribution handled via DOT to OPCO. Throughout the duration of the partnership, there will be no changes to the formulation or packaging of Mike’s Hot Honey, ensuring consistent product integrity. Jersey Mike’s will provide in-store mentions and marketing support to promote the collaboration, along with a dedicated three-month media campaign that includes national TV coverage. Both companies have committed to working together in good faith to creatively support and promote the product for mutual success.

This partnership would highlight the local connection between Jersey Mike’s and Mike's Hot Honey.

    Mike's Hot Honey is a great addition to enhance a variety of sandwich builds, including cheesesteaks, chicken cheesesteaks and cold subs. Customers will be able to enjoy the sweet heat from Mike's Hot Honey by Glazing it on any sub or this new hero build: Chicken Stinger. 

  • The promotion is only for EXTRA HOT Mike's Hot Honey. The portion size is 1 oz, equivalent to 4 rows, ensuring full coverage. 

  • Mike's Hot Honey LTO will start in February 2025. The condiment will be available in-store for six (6) months.

  • We will be running TV Commercials, Digital Advertising, and outreach to customers via MyMike’s channels for the first three months of the promotion. In store, the sneeze guard will be replaced with images of "Glaze it" to promote Mike's Hot Honey on any sub. Theres one signature build that will be featured: Chicken Stinger made with Mike’s Hot Honey.

  • Yes. There will be one button for the hero builds and the add-on button.

  • Recommended corporate pricing will be $0.40 for a mini, $0.75 for a regular, and $1.50 for a giant. 

  • All subs that add Extra Hot Honey will receive 1 oz of product, equivalent to four (4) rows.  This would double to 2 oz for a giant and 0.5 oz for a mini. 

  • Honey never expires, requires dry storage.

  • Cold: In the inside lid of the bread add 4 rows of Extra Hot Honey. If ordered with mayo, apply the mayo first then add the Extra Hot Honey on top. Hot: Do Not add the Extra hot honey on the grill as you will require to clean the tool after. Add the Extra Hot honey directly to the grilled ingredients after placed on the bread.
